It’s been pretty a while considering that I had watched Gamer, the movement, sci-fi flick with Gerard Butler that attempted to reinvent (or possibly reboot) the principles originally explored in Arnold Schwarzenegger ‘s film, The Running Man.

Since then other films have explored the “death for game” concept, most significantly, the Death Race franchise this is now up to 3 installments, however I have to admit that Gamer did manage to put a clean spin on televised execution and deliver it a awesome online game vibe so as to attraction to both gamers and enthusiasts of violent action movies.
